FAQ's

 

Is my area covered?

Delivery to locations within 10 miles of MK45 will be free of charge. A delivery cost will be payable outside of this area.

Can the soft play be set up outside?

 

As long as the weather is dry, the ground isn’t wet and it isn’t windy, we can set up outside (assuming it’s forecast to stay that way!). 

 

With this being the one thing we cannot guarantee and that can change at the last minute, please have an indoor option available in case we aren’t able to to set up outside on the day. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds on the day in this instance.

How much space is needed? 

 

The space required for our standard packages is as below but we’ll be happy to work with you and the space you have if these don’t work at your chosen venue - we may just have to adapt the package to do so. 

 

  1. Little Adventure - 3m x 3m

  2. Deluxe Adventure - 3.6m x 4.5m 

  3. Safari Adventure - 3m x 3.6m

How do I book? 

​

For booking Enquiries, please click here to complete our booking enquiry form or email softblocs@gmail.com with the date, time, location and package you wish to book.

 

We require a 50% deposit within 24 hours of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance and a security deposit is due 1 week prior to your event.

How long does it take to set up? 

 

It takes approximately 1 hour to set-up your soft play hire and 1 hour to dismantle it. Please ensure this time is allowed for at your chosen venue and that there is close and suitable access to the set up area.

How much is the security deposit and what does it cover?  

 

We ask for a £75 security deposit to be paid when the balance is due for your hire. This will be refunded to you within 1 week after your event as long as all equipment is returned in the same condition.

 

To avoid damages, we ask that you follow the below:

  1. Shoes off, socks on

  2. No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum 

  3. No messy items that could stain such as face paint, glitter, bubbles, silly string, colouring pens etc. 

  4. No jewellery or sharp objects 

  5. No pets

Terms and Conditions 

Full terms and conditions will be shared with you at the time of booking and we require a signed copy of these ahead of your event.
